Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that schedule changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the session start time will result in a late charge of the hourly fee. This includes online sessions. When possible, rescheduling must take place within 14 days of the original appointment time. These policies are in place to protect a tutor’s time, as it is very difficult to fill last-minute slots. Please note, if cancelations become frequent, reserved tutoring time may be forfeited.
